The MENA e-learning market is growing rapidly but remains largely untapped, creating an opportunity for Tenmeya to meet the rising demand for skill development.
With 100K+ creators in the Gulf Cooperation Council, many seek a platform for content creation and monetization. Tenmeya can help turn this into a steady source knowledge and income.
Entrepreneurs have capital but often lack the essential digital and business skills to scale their businesses, which Tenmeya can address (50+Creators as of now).
Launched Tenmeya's MVP in mid-2024 to test the waters in the MENA region, featuring the top 10 in-demand marketing courses, taught by founder Eid Al-Mujaibel. These courses are delivered in bite-sized formats for easy understanding and actionable steps.
Each lesson includes a quiz to help users stay focused and retain the material. In future phases, quiz scores will be tied to a point and badge system, incentivizing (Gamification) users for their progress.
Courses include practical resources with actionable steps that learners can implement from day one to scale their skillset and apply it directly to their own business.
360° Learning Experience: To ensure a comprehensive learning process, Tenmeya introduces Circles, a method that covers the full learning journey. Each circle offers:
a. Choose a Circle: Select a circle that aligns with your learning objectives.
b. Listen & Learn: Begin with an audio lesson for quick insights.
c. Explore & Visualize: Dive deeper with text, images, and additional content.
d. Test & Reflect: Engage with quizzes and polls to reinforce learning.
e. Engage & Connect: Interact with the community to exchange knowledge and insights.Circles increases the retention rate by 50%, significantly higher than traditional courses that often suffer from a 20% completion rate, helping users stay engaged and motivated throughout the learning process.
Engage with community of like-minded entrepreneurs to discuss challenges, share solutions, and collaborate. This creates a stronger bond among learners and elevates the overall learning experience by focusing not only on problems but also on actionable solutions.
Many Tenmeya users are business owners with a solid social media presence but struggle to monetize it effectively. To help, we introduced an Instagram tracker that provides valuable insights into their accounts, helping them understand what’s working and what’s not.
This feature gives users personalized data about their Instagram performance, including important metrics that aren’t publicly available, giving them a deeper understanding of their audience and content impact.
Plus, users can also access insights from their competitors’ accounts, allowing them to see what strategies are working for others and find new ways to improve their own social media game.
In today’s era of the AI boom, we wanted to find a way to make learning smoother and more effective, hence introducing NAYA AI. Naya is designed to feel like home for every user, making it easy to get the hang of her.
Think of Naya as your friendly neighborhood genius *not Spidermam* and get your questions answered right at your fingertips. What sets Naya apart is her human touch, making users feel like they’re talking to a real person for guidance.
Naya AI isn’t just about answering questions; she’s also your guide inside the app. Ask about a topic, and she’ll quickly point you to the right course, circle, or resource, helping you find exactly what you need without any hassle.
Moving beyond the app interface, I worked on establishing a consistent brand identity across all design touchpoints, from course thumbnails and social media posts to emailers, presentation decks, and Meta ad campaigns.
Developed an eye-catching visual identity that captures the essence of Tenmeya’s content and invites users to explore the app. These designs communicate Tenmeya’s core value and the true meaning of “Growth” in Arabic.
I made sure all brand assets maintain a unified look and feel across every digital platform, ensuring a cohesive and professional presence.
Over $250,000+ generated in the past year from various revenue streams, including in-app purchases, webinars, consulting, and more.
Leveraged Eid Al-Mujaibel’s strong Instagram following (170K+) to create a steady recurring revenue model with 1,500+ paying users and 150+ five-star reviews. High user satisfaction reflected in glowing reviews and consistent engagement, showing that Tenmeya truly resonates with its audience.

Working for more than 1.5 years on this project, And yet i feel like i have barely scratched the surface of product design. Learnt a lot about things from Design POV from Development POV.
Learnt a lot about Arabic users in general their user behavior and how they look at things & Most important for users in MENA region design isn’t just Right to Left it’s more than that.
